The Problem

Forgetting isn't just inconvenient.
It's isolating.

For millions, forgetting isn't a missed appointment.
It's medication uncertainty, lost essentials, and the quiet panic of needing help — now.

These moments create stress for individuals and families. Sometimes, they lead to real danger. And yet, there has been no simple, one-touch device that lets people capture and recall memories instantly.

They also live with loneliness and the fear that if something goes wrong, no one will hear them or come in time.

Until now.

Clinical Context

Understanding Cognitive Decline:
Where XLLETA Makes a Difference

Cognitive decline follows distinct trajectories. XLLETA is specifically designed to support individuals at critical stages where intervention can make the most significant impact.

Pre-clinical Dementia

During this early stage, individuals may experience subtle cognitive changes that don't yet significantly impact daily life. However, memory lapses and difficulty recalling information begin to emerge.

How XLLETA Helps:
  • Captures important information before it's forgotten
  • Provides instant recall through simple voice commands
  • Reduces anxiety about memory loss by offering reliable backup
  • Helps maintain independence and confidence

Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)

At this stage, cognitive decline becomes more noticeable. Individuals may struggle with remembering recent events, appointments, or where they placed items. This stage includes Early MCI (3.1) and Late MCI (3.2), with potential for reversion, stabilization, or progression to dementia.

How XLLETA Helps:
  • Offers immediate access to stored memories and reminders
  • Enables quick assistance requests without complex interfaces
  • Supports daily routines and medication reminders
  • Provides peace of mind for both users and caregivers
  • Can help stabilize cognitive function by reducing cognitive load

Mild to Moderate Dementia

As dementia progresses, individuals face increasing challenges with memory, communication, and daily tasks. They may forget names, recent conversations, or how to perform familiar tasks. The need for support and safety monitoring becomes critical.

How XLLETA Helps:
  • Single-button operation requires no learning curve
  • Emergency assistance available instantly with trigger words
  • Caregivers receive real-time notifications with location data
  • Maintains connection and reduces isolation
  • Supports remaining independence while ensuring safety

Why Early Intervention Matters

Research shows that early intervention and support can help slow cognitive decline and improve quality of life. XLLETA provides this support at the earliest stages—during pre-clinical dementia and MCI—when individuals can still benefit most from memory aids and assistance tools. By offering a simple, reliable way to capture and recall information, XLLETA helps individuals maintain their independence longer and provides caregivers with peace of mind.

About Us

Arpit Sharma

Founder & Inventor

XLLETA began with a simple observation of how difficult everyday life can become when memory falters. The goal was to build a gentle tool that helps people remember, reach out for support, and feel less alone especially when carers cannot always be physically present. What started as a small idea has grown into a quiet commitment to dignity, safety, and connection.
